I founded Solutions Home Staffing to create a domestic referral agency that helps people better balance work and family life. Solutions Home Staffing provides busy people a professional resource for finding experienced domestic staff who are meticulously screened, highly qualified, and trustworthy to work in a home setting. 

My purpose is to match my client's needs to an individual who has all the qualities they are looking for and who is willing to make a long-term commitment to their job. We place Estate & House Managers, Personal, Family Assistants, Private Chefs and other support staff to families and individuals who require an employee who is dependable, dedicated and highly skilled in their profession.

I personally understand the challenges of balancing home life with family, a demanding career, and all the other commitments that pull our attention in too many directions. I have a passion for helping clients get the assistance they need, and also getting to know the many dedicated and wonderful people who support them and take such pride in what they do.
